South Los Angeles House Renovation Project

In addition to replacing all of the windows in the house and converting the garage, a whole host of other work has been done on the house.  Here are some pictures of some of the work that has been completed or is underway.

All of doors, including the cabinet doors, are being sanded and prepped for re-painting.

The bathroom has been completely gutted and will be rebuilt in a manner which is ADA-compliant.

We insulated the entire attic!

Old, broken walkways on the side and back of the house were removed and new paths have been poured.

The kitchen floor along with the floor in one of the bedrooms had to be replaced.  All of the floors will be covered with either carpet or linoleum.

All of the doors have also been widened and replaced to allow for wheelchair access.
