The SSP Leadership Academy is an exciting and high-impact training program for experienced SSP staff members. All former employees who are planning to work for SSP in 2015 are invited and encouraged to apply for the SSP Leadership Academy. Eight participants will be accepted to participate in two all-expenses-paid, weekend sessions led by two professional, paid mentors.

- Participants will develop real-world, transferable leadership skills
- The Academy is completely free, including airfare, meals and housing
- Available only to staff alumni who plan to work for SSP in 2015
- Program graduates are guaranteed a summer staff position in 2015
