Special Volunteer Day
Join former Executive Director, Rick Eaton, for a Day of Service cleaning up the triangle lot SSP just acquired through the purchase of our office building. All volunteers must complete a volunteer form to participate.
North Sac Community Gardens
Join SSP and our California Climate Action Corps fellows for free Days of Service in North Sacramento! Lunch is provided.
All volunteers must complete a volunteer form to participate.

Dates reserved for groups
- Schedule a date for your group! The ideal group size is ten or more people. Our garden projects can easily host up to 50 volunteers.
Rancho Cordova Home Repairs
Join us for free Days of Service in Rancho Cordova at various private homes in mobile home parks. Lunch is provided.
All volunteers must complete a volunteer form to participate. Address will be provided the week prior to the Day of Service.
Dates reserved for groups
- Christ Community Church: Monday 3/30, 10:30 am to 3 pm: Rancho Cordova Home Repairs
- Schedule a date for your group! The ideal group size is seven people. Our home repair projects at mobile home parks are great for small teams of four to ten people.
